Just finished painting bleeding hearts using my photo reference (taken last year).  The plant is up about 5inches already....waiting on new spring flowers!

I think this one was the second poppy painting that I did.  I do remember that it was turned and looking straight ahead.

I painted this still life last year in Laurie Wonfor Nolan's studio in Hespeler, Ontario.  I love this old pink chair.  It has appeared in a few other paintings.
