I was in Peter John Reid's workshop recently and painted this tree.  I used a different brand of paint and approached the painting differently than I usually do.  I'm pretty sure that I snapped this photo at  Rideau Hall in Ottawa.

This painting was done in a class with my first watercolour teacher.  I decided to change up the colour combination from the traditional pinks and reds.
