This is the first painting I did in a plein air class with Cathy Gibbons.  We've encountered all kinds of temperatures, wind, snow and rain.  My canvas sizes got smaller pretty quickly.

I had the opportunity to set up my easel in this wonderful backyard filled with hand carved totem poles.  This one wasn't quite done but I chose it anyways.  They were all quite amazing.
